Payments
We use Paypal’s industry-leading secure system to process payments. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay this way. The system works just like any other merchant payment system. Simply enter your credit card details and submit your payment.
Order Processing
Orders may be placed through our website at www.blathana.com
We also accept orders by telephone and by email. We strive to ship orders within one business day of receipt, but during busy times it may take longer. Please see our Delivery Information page for up-to-date shipping.
If you need to make changes to any order submitted online it is best to contact us by email at blathana.herbalcostmetics@gmail.com
Returns & Cancellations
We will accept returns of unused products within seven days of purchase. To return a product, please contact us via email for instructions on how to handle the return. DO NOT send any items back to us without prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the unlikely event you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of damage, you must retain all packaging. We will ask for photos in order to submit a claim to our carrier.
Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Refunds for cancelled orders will be provided within 14 days of cancellation.
Return postage for any cancelled order is the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Information
We ship all Irish & UK orders using An post service (whether to a domestic or business address) which do not requires a signature for delivery. A telephone number is also required in the event of the courier company have difficulty finding your address or for any other reason.
Please ensure you have the address in correctly as this will be copied exactly for the label. There may be additional delivery charges for redirected parcels where the incorrect address was supplied.
We are happy to ship in Europe but only for a minimum order of 3 items.
Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday. You can read the Delivery section to know more about it.
If you have not received your parcel within the time frames below, you should contact us straight away.
